Wholesale T.38 Fax for Service Providers and Resellers

Customers expect fax to work the way it did on POTS. Voice carriers cannot make that happen reliably. T38Fax’s wholesale program exists to solve that problem at the carrier layer — you maintain the customer relationship, we handle the T.38.

T38Fax has completed certified integrations with the platforms most commonly deployed by service providers in our customer base. Configuration guides, SIP profile templates, and operational documentation are available for each.
- NetSapiens. Tier-1 softswitch with significant ITSP and UCaaS deployment. Certified for T.38 termination and origination with our network.
- FreeSWITCH. Open-source softswitch widely deployed in service provider environments. Documented profile and dialplan configurations.
- Asterisk and FreePBX. Long-standing standards in the open-source telephony ecosystem. T.38 pass-through and termination both supported.
- Cisco BroadWorks. Enterprise-grade softswitch with broad service-provider deployment. Certified T.38 configuration documented.

The wholesale program is structured to make T38Fax operationally part of your service stack, not just a vendor on an invoice. Wholesale customers receive a dedicated technical contact, priority escalation paths for end-user fax issues, access to our engineering team for integration questions, and reporting that exposes the data needed to manage fax across a customer base.
Number porting is included on wholesale accounts the same way it is on standard accounts — there is no per-port charge and no minimum volume required to port in. SOC 2 certification and HIPAA compliance apply to every wholesale account; a Business Associate Agreement is available on request for customers whose end-user mix includes healthcare organizations.
